We shot video of the entire 2015 Halloween parade as well as the awards ceremony for best costumes. Here in Los Angeles,CA. Halloween in Hollywood is a Big street Party, A lot of fun.

2:02 Ayyy I just spotted someone did a dream cast cosplay the one in the orange dress and being from a anime called Sega hard girls! It's about Sega consoles as anime girls and I love that anime a lot. But holy crap did people put so much love and care into these costume or cosplay however ya wanna put it! +Gasping Steven They didn't until a few years ago when it started catching on because of the costume-wearing and all that. You can tell that they're still pretty new to the concept of Halloween because they still don't have kids trick-or-treating which is the big thing about the holiday.
