@@qsfrankfurt9513 They are new feathers that grow in on a bird, the fluffy part is encased in a thin shell that looks like a pin. You pop the case off when it's ready and the feather unfurls.

In order to have the happiest and healthiest birds, I need to stay on top of my game and that means knowing as much about parrots as possible... I've already learned a lot about their characteristics and behaviors in just two months of taking care of them..
