I admit the baskets had some terrible spits especially on final round lead card but Rickys perfect speed dead center 50 footers sure were beautiful 4 or 5 times. Ricky the raptor Hunted Kyle down like he was Deere tall grass.

Drew...c'mon man. This is how contracts work. If someone tries to break one, you sue. If one isn't preforming up to those contract clauses, they get let go (fired). This is how the real world works. Prodigy is actually doing things the right way, unlike some other companies losing money on their contacts. (DD - Kona) Prodigy helped out KJ with the gig at Innova, so nice extra step from them also.
If that’s how the “real world” works, then why didn’t Kona get released? Maybe because they “honored” their contract with her?
@@Munchylego Maybe those clauses were not in her contract. And if they're "honoring" the contract, then that's bad business practices, and it could hurt them in the long run.
Love that Drew never knows anything about anything and is willing to post embarrassing hot takes on all of it.

Contrary to Drew's conjecture, I would bet that everything was in writing beforehand. They probably had some sort of condition that the contract could be reevaluated at some point to see how goals were being met. KJ fell short of the goals and they terminated the contract. Might seem harsh, but it's a business after all, and players really should be held accountable for the contracts they sign.
That being said, those baskets are the worst.

One local course uses prodigy. I thought I was having an off day until I sat down an tried a wide variety of putts at a practice baskets.
Too short: spit out.
Too flat left or right: rolls off out.
Too much hyzer and too much power: right through the grid.
High? Always out.

Prodigy baskets don't spit out on low putts. Watched Calvin for years at Jonesboro on Prodigy baskets. His putt is perfect for them. Low, barely over the cage. They stayed in every time.
That is every basket. The problem is the other 99% of the chains.

There are a few courses around Nashville with Prodigy baskets and they're like putting into a chain link fence. We always joke that Prodigy baskets hate discs.

another week of professionals crying about something...all baskets spit, especially if you hit them off center. some baskets require more touch and lower speed, some you have to putt like buhr to get them to stick
They are all playing the same baskets so it’s at least equal
You shouldn’t be rewarded for ripping a putt from 12 ft mid chains and a little left. It’s golf. Sure in golf you can “slam home” a 3 footer but it has to center. Touch should be part of putting.

I love how everyone complains about the baskets wish they all grew up when I was playing when you had mach 1s modified mach 1s single chain disccraft baskets at worlds or the best invention the mach 3 now we have bigger targets and catchery chains don't throw a bad put. I do understand that perfectly centered putts fall out but nothing like back in the day when if you'd putt hard you where most likely spitting out

Bro baskets are better than they were and they made a conscious choice to use some of the worst current baskets available at the top level of competition. They have easy access to the best products.
@@strivfe8007 one I'm 41 two I was one of the top ten in the world when I was younger it's a simple statement that baskets suck no matter how they try to make them the best they will never be perfect and there will always be a flaw where they will spit putts
