My Sim's husband had a midlife crisis wish to get a divorce the other day. I let him do it cos he was insane and it was really irritating me. My Sim cried for three days after he divorced her, I felt like a MONSTER 😅
I kinda image Clem and Philip getting together when they become elders but he's ready starting a new life with the other sim lol, this was so messy and funny at the same time

I'm surprised you're interested in the late EP Lovestruck. I did pre-order it because I like the Sims 4 and there is finally a Romantic system who will allow you one-sided crush but other than that all of the features, you can get it for free with mods like Lumpinou, Chingyu and Wonder/Wicked Whims.
There's a fishing lot near the end of the world, it's not connected to the lake but u can move it to be conntected with the lake, it's a bit tricky but doable, you can place some better fish spawners in the water so they wont freeze in the winter, just a tip.
Obviously if u don't consider it cheating.
This is just an idea, but would reading fishing books gain Clem experience in fishing career? It's worth trying to see if her progress bar moves after reading. Would be good in winter.
Because for example exercising worked for me to gain experience as a firefighter (even when exercising at home).
Unfortunately, only funds move the progress bar. 😩

Maybe because Philip was her first and only, she felt like she missed out the flirty, exploring-her- options phase of her life ….and that was the only reason driving her decision to divorce, but deep down, she still loves him and will perhaps, in time , want him back?
