@Wordsmith 430 I see what you're saying, but I was referring to bodybuilder-level hypertrophy, not actors. Most actors, especially the two you mentioned, are sub-par compared to most gym rats that aspire to be competitive bodybuilders. The only actors with great physiques are pro wrestlers and bodybuilders that became Hollywood stars. My whole point was, a lot of those bodybuilder-wannabees focus on chasing the pump, so they can look buffed and impress the girls on the beach, unlike people that train just for absolute strength.

Then workout, if you don't wanna spend any money, you can just do pushups, squats, situps (I do ab crunches instead), dips and pulllups (if you can find what you need to do them outside or something), and all sorts of other calisthenics

I'm fed up of looking like a lollipop. Been going to the gym for one month now. I also got myself a meal plan (which I got from Next Level Diet btw), and I am very satisfied with its flexibility and simplicity. I hope I will make it and make myself proud at least once in my life!!
Yo bro i am 17 and i started training in general since i was like 12 back then i just was a bit unsatisfied with my body shape and i started working out stopped for a couple of months cause of studies but i try to maintain a healthy life style not a good physic there is a difference, i am happier now knowing that i body is more toned now its the journey that is fun no matter the result
stay consistent and dont skip. Its a way life. A life long marathon- not a sprint to the finish. Enjoy the journey!
