    HI and thanks for the review Henry, has anyone managed to use the small bowl in the mixer without it leaking out into the large bowl? I have tried and failed several times. It would be great to see how to do this?

  • @MikeStevens
    @MikeStevens Před 6 lety +3

    Bought one today, can't believe how loud the blender is. The food processor is a nice quiet whir, but the blender is aggressively loud. As in, it scares the crap out of my toddler and makes me think it's going to blow up. Crazy.

    • @HenryReviews
      @HenryReviews  Před 6 lety +2

      I would agree, it is very loud! Very much like the k-mix too. They all have a dry motor which is why it’s rather loud, but it does get good results. I had to make a game out of it for my toddlers when I use it, had the exact same issue

    Hi Henry,
    Have you tried doing any nut butters on this? I'm contemplating this one simply due to being at a good price right now and because it's got a scale on it which is insanely helpful. Also, is cleaning it easy?
    Thanks!

    • @HenryReviews
      @HenryReviews  Před 6 lety +5

      Hi Pedro, I do make nut butters using this, it’s so simple and has saved me a lot of money as I go through them quite a lot. My favourite is cashew butter. But a staple is obviously peanut butter with a little bit of vanilla, perfect 👌🏼
      The clean up is super easy. I tend to empty out the nut butter then pop in some warm water and blend the water then it makes it so easy just to rinse and then a quick dishwasher cycle and it’s done :)

    For more than four years, since I own and use the Kenwood MultiPro Sense FPM810, I can say that, being utilized properly, it was up to every task for which it was designed and still going strong up to the present days. There is a range of attachments available that can be purchased separately, as follows : Grinder/Mill Attachment (KW712619) - suitable for both MultiPro Sense FPM810 and MultiPro Excel FPM910 (probably compatible with the updated version MultiPro Sense FPM811) ; Centrifugal Juicer Attachment (FPATJE01) - suitable for MultiPro Sense FPM810 (probably compatible with the updated version MultiPro Sense FPM811) ; Dicing Attachment (FPATDX) - suitable for MultiPro Sense FPM810 (probably compatible with the updated version MultiPro Sense FPM811) and...one more, which - by the way - was not listed as suitable for MultiPro Sense FPM810 but which, personally, I'm using it with very good results : the French Fries Disc (KW715718) which is listed as suitable for MultiPro Classic FDM791/FDM796 (probably compatible with the updated version MultiPro Sense FPM811). Sometimes, for marketing reasons, the package of Standard Attachments is added with some of the, otherwise, Optional Attachments and, in such way, on some markets, the initial Standard Package will appear to be more inclusive than the initial Standard Package on other markets. For instance, on some markets, the initial Standard Package of the updated version MultiPro Sense FPM811 may include the "Express Dice" Attachment, which consist in a Dicing Disc (AS00003498) and a Dicing Grid + Dicing Pusher Set (AS00000733), while on some other markets it may not. The "Express Dice" Attachment from the updated version MultiPro Sense FPM811 is also back compatible with the older version MultiPro Sense FPM810, so it can be bought separately, as an alternative to the Dicing Attachment (FPATDX), by the owners of MultiPro Sense FPM810. In case of more blades being acquired a Kenwood Storage Box for Discs, Blades for FPM series (KW715507) (7 slots) can be purchased separately.

      @laure5333 Před 9 měsíci +1

      @@havefaith9095 As far as I know the range of Optional Attachments for MultiPro Excel FPM910, unfortunately, does not include a Dicing Attachment - a reason for which, personally, I choosed to buy the MultiPro Sense FPM810 instead.

    Hi Henry, I’m unsure if you are still online as all comments are from a few years ago. Anyway, I hope I’ll get an answer from you. I tried the knife blade to make the base of cheese cake from biscuits. This was the first time I tried using the product. After turning the machine, the base of it shook violently to a point I need to hold the whole unit. I didn’t put too many biscuits at once. Can you help? What to do for this unit to run smoothly like yours? Thank you.

    So whats your thoughts on the blender? Yes its loud, but how super smooth do you think it will get? And works well with ice?

    • @HenryReviews
      @HenryReviews  Před 6 lety +3

      Hi Kate Welsh 👋 I would 1000000% recommend it. I use it daily to make shakes, smoothies, waffle mix, shred veg for salads. It’s used all the time in my home. It is loud like you say, but the fact it works so well it can be forgiven.
      It does ice very well and makes a frappe with ease and no real lumps at all, just like Starbucks :)
      Smoothness, I make my own nut butters and it comes out super smooth, takes maybe 7-8 mins to run it through with a few mid cycle stirs.

    can it weigh ingredients as you add them to the mixing bowl

  • @felixokeefe
    @felixokeefe Před 3 lety +1

    Did you actually test the weighing function's accuracy? I have this machine and it's been 10-12% off since I got it.
    Also the main blade for the food processor (which is the function you're going to be using the most) Is serrated. This gives the impression that it is sharp. However in reality it's fairly blunt and food often gets jammed on it sending the machine out of balance and causing it do dance all over the worktop.
    Because it's serrated it's also impossible to sharpen... Very disappointing.
