I have never heard of this company. Thanks for educating us. I was going to comment that it reminds me of the moby1....then heard you say the Moby1 is the predecessor. I thought Moby1 went out of business? Mayne they were bought out?
I agree....the bottom needs protection. Exposed wood need some type of shield or 2nd layer cover.

    Good video. 👍

    • @TsarTrail

Yes, the Moby 1 owner sold to the employees and they changed the name of the company.
That was a really long day for my daughter. Lol.
We have re-focused our channel to be family overlanding. We are not really doing walk arounds and reviews anymore. We are 13 weeks in and so far it is an improvement. Our "community" is growing.
It makes life much easier on the family. And we hope to go full-time overlanding this year.
We are having a trailer built and going to ambassador for them.
As you know, this youtube thing is a lot of work.
Hope you and your family are well. Can't wait to see your next adventure.

Thank you for the walk-around of this trailer. Good info here and discussion of the features. I'm not a fan of placing the heating unit right next to the refrigerator as it seems counter-productive. I hope to see Vorsheer at the Overland Expo in 2021 to get an even closer look.

Refrigerators really just "move" heat from inside the fridge to the outside using thermodynamic principles. The heat pulled from the inside is radiated off through a condenser which is right on the fridge. This element gets warm when in use, which is why in some country people use the back of their fridges to dry clothes. The insulated box keeps this heat out and makes it so your stuff stay cold. I doubt the heater would change anything if its nearby

We looked very seriously at the Hive EX. It is great trailer. Ground clearance and exposed water tank and plumbing were mild concerns. They do have a thin skid plate on the tank. The off grid trailer is very good too. We just feature them in our most recent video shot at Overland Expo West.
