This is specifically evident in places where trauma and bitterness have taken root within us. Simply how can you tell if you are bitter?
A good heart check is if you find you're not able to pray blessing and good things and breakthrough etc. over a person who's hurt you. If there is a sting when you go to do that, that is an indication you have offense/bitterness
