sneak up on the drill bit? what did you do exactly?

slowly increase drill bit size until the jet breaks free. So you don't damage the casting.

As you keep thinning out the jet more and more when stepping up bit sizes, eventually its so thin that the jet lets go of the body. Just take it easy and it should come out

Reverse drill bits are super handy, tho pricey..at least it's not an exhaust manifold bolt on an old 460 that broke off lol.. nice. Sounds 👍.. I'm gonna add some fuel through my secondary..new to edelbrock carbs..
