I don't understand why some ppl here keep on watching her show if they find her annoying.. Just enjoy the show and stop being bitter..
I observed si Kris pag nagpapasikat, so breathless, so hyper, halos marinig mo ang heartbeat, and rapid speech. Meaning it makes her so so very happy and excited to show off her material stuff. She lives for this kind of moments.
Whenever I see celebrities or others' show their achievement and luxuries to public, I never thought of it as conceit, but an inspiration to strive harder to achieve those things in the future not only for me but for my family. Positive people might say the same thing.
Teacher Jane Strive harder for what? Material stuffs? That is plain consumerism. Our inspiration should be to become better versions of who we are, to race for virtues and what is good and not some buy this buy that generation. Life is not about acquiring things because you cannot bring that in the after life, it is how you lived in this world and brought forth good change. I hope you get that right Teacher along with all the people who liked your comment.
I have nothing to say against you. Just remember that we are not in this world to accumulate wealth , rather, to give ourselves more to our brothers in need, so there should be a paraphrasing " I never thought of it as conceit, but an inspiration to strive harder to achieve those things in the future not only for me but for my family and especially to those who are in need"

Eustace Hugo to be a better version of oneself, yeah I agree, but let's not forget the fact that to survive in this world, we need material things and money, do not just focus on the abstract, because the last time I check, money is still one of the most important things in life. If you only focus on being a better person without earning income, do you think you can actually survive or raise a family? If you have children, can actually accept the fact that you can't give them the best things in life? For example, schools. (no offense) will you choose public to private. Material things and money give you great choices in life.To be a better human being is surely the best and the hardest thing that people should strive for, but my point is, "balance." It's an ugly truth.

I think she got where she is now because she is working hard, she has lot's of endorsements, I think the Kapamilya and Smart Communications network pays her well, she has a lot of ex-deals with some companies, I think it pays it off what she has now, I don't see her go on a power or ego trip .. she is sometimes taklesa =) , but at she works hard, really hard.

As an american looking at this, I find nothing wrong with her showing off her success...we do it all the time. I find filipino ppl very jealous of each other. I personally DO NOT like the “all white” look. I love color especially autumn colors. The Southwestern look.

To those saying she worked hard for this... sorry, but I cannot see where the "hard work" comes from. She's part of the Aquino and Cojuangco family therefore she has a lot of financial backups. On top of that, her brother is ONLY the president of the Philippines. Therefore, she can easily get in to show business and "work hard" for her money. I dare anyone to compare her version of hard work with what rice farmers do on a daily basis. There is no need to showcase her riches especially at times like this. It does not really help motivate anyone affected by the typhoon especially since to get where she is now was a clearly an easy road due to her connections.
