I like waterfalls it clears my mind, I can write in the garden, hmmm but japanese zen house is also timeless....it's nature like....but it's a good house I use to go to white planes before and play with friends....it's very cold and quiet there cause many trees

I have read somewhere that during the 70's, 200pesos per square meter sa white plains. Now around 150k and up per square meter. Cguro nman afford nila yan noon pa.
adjusting for inflation, the value of 200 pesos in the 70s is 60,000 pesos in todays money, so 200 pesos is ALOT of money, and actually mahal parin yung lots before.
Kris Modern houses can be timeless too.

Yes, I agree with what Kris told. Modern style of house is not forever unlike, Classic though old style, you can fix them to be modern not that you need to change it every now and then if there will be a new style of modern houses being published in the market.

Yes, Helen Gamboa (HG) always tried to look poised and relaxed even when Kris Aquino (KA) kept on trying to agitate her by speaking too loud, too fast and asked her rapid-fire questions. KA was obviously not interested in HG's answers because KA always asked another question in the middle of HG's answer. It was a bad decision on HG's part to have invited the very cheap and very un-classy KA into her house. I bet KA was high on drugs (Uppers, like meth) here.

hello modern houses are timeless to, this "zen and asian" modern house is already a trend almost 100 years ago they call it "de stijl" style, a very simple yet practical design founded in amsterdam. Ang daming inggitiro dito sa success ng tao, Ms. Helen bought that house 40yrs ago sariling sikap sa pag aartista...pdaf kayu jan.

I think when Ilonggos says na bisaya sila means they are from Visayas. Pero pag dialect ang pinag-uusapan, Bisaya means cebuano dialect, and Ilonggo is ilonggo or hiligaynon.

Macopa is very red compared to tambis and macopa is very sweet when it is ripe.
tambis is much lesser in sweet.

Melas iba ang tambis sa macopa...although u can say they are on the same family of fruits but ang tambis di hamak na maliit at mas maasim..while macopa are bigger and plain on it's taste...alam na alam ko Yan kasi most favorite ko ang tambis...
