This man is a one of a kind singer and entertainer. And he still delivers great performance to this day. 70 years old very soon.
Fantastic!!
The greatest singer 🙆♀️🥰😘💟💚💛💙🌈🌟💜💖
This a great set..haven't seen this one....they were all on fire.. thankyou
Forever my idol ❤
Google him live in 2018 and he still kicks it at 69yr
Wonder why John always says that Burn For You was a song he wrote, when it was him, Phil Buckle & Peter Fraser? Don’t care what anyone says he sounds great at any age, love this man.
@Dawn Thomson maybe he does it unintentionally! in another interview(the one with the vasectomy bit🤣) i heard him say it was him, Phil Buckle and Ross Fraser👌
@@bettinahansen7630 ha ha of course it was Ross Fraser where in the world did I get Paul Fraser, good grief 🤦♀️. Must admit I have heard do it with a couple of other songs but it’s John & I don’t care, he can do anything - oh wait sounds like a song title 🤣🤣
@@dawnthomson9269 oh yeah sounds like it🤣 but like you said, it's John and he's going away with it and we love him anyway♥️
Where did you get this recording from ?
Sounds like he is singing down a semi-tone or whatever musical interval it is
Nope, original key.
I’ve noticed his songs, usually the only time the key is changed is if he’s doing a duet with someone who is maybe not as strong vocally….. or a female (except angels as that was written for both male and female)…. However in concerts from more recent years I’ve noticed some of his songs have dropped a key… maybe due to age? But certainly not this concert… I have perfect pitch and do notice these things.
The only instance of this I've noticed is he did drop Help a semitone before dropping it altogether from the set.
Not one of his best sets. Mostly flat. I'm a big fan but this one isn't high on my list 6/10
