24:40 mini roundabouts. 2023 highway code says All vehicles MUST pass round the central markings except large vehicles… Avoid making uturns and be aware of others doing that.

Quick question for you mate. I did a test in bwood last year, i was asked to pull over when its safe, there was a car pulling out so I waited for it max 5 seconds before I was sternly told to pull over now. Was hugely offputting for the rest of my test and ultimately failed through nerves. How long will they allow US to deem it safe? Thanks in advance!
I’m sorry to hear that… nerves plays a big part in succeeding or failing this test. Did you fail for undue hesitation or response to other road users?
Every situation is different. I wasn’t there so it’s hard to comment accurately on what happened on your test. But I would assume you could have passed this vehicle and possibly pulled up sooner however the response from the examiner wasn’t great by the sounds of it. If it’s unsafe there is no time limit except from when the risk decreases to allow you to proceed. But once it’s clear you should act in a timely fashion as you are now becoming the hazard by being unduly hesitant.

@GetWheelDriving hello mate, ultimately it was me being confused by their instructions on a junction, led to a stall then them grabbing my wheel. Passed today with a lovely lady who kept me at ease the entire time and even allowed me to correct my faults. I know examiners typically aren't meant to differ but I'm my experience they definitely do. My 2nd test I had to sign my name 5 times, this time I deemed it a bit off yet the lady accepted it with no trouble. Would love to know your experience with different examiners

At 8:11 roundabout there is small lane in the left ! Do we consider as 1st exit while counting, my instructor told me that’s an industry purpose used and should be counted..but you didn’t count as 1st exit! Please explain in brief?
That’s a good question, for some reason I didn’t count it. I would say yes you should count it. If you were taking the 2nd exit I would assume the examiner would say “follow the road ahead to the second exit” nice shout thanks for pointing that out! 👍

8:57 the "left " is like straight, is ok to signal only on exit? Is a fail? Or you must signal before + on exit?!
On that roundabout I would signs left if it was going to benefit someone. However if you signal left on the approach even if there was nobody there that would be just fine.

@@constantinterteleac9595 pretty much yes however not all roundabouts are the same. What you need to think is a signal is used to benefit someone. If there isn’t anyone there who is that left signal for?
Could you do the same thing for hendon test centre and before the 20th of this month 🫠
Can do but it wouldn’t be ready before then… loads of Hendon content on channel though! Hope it helps. Good luck on the 20th🙌

@abztube2731 no 😂. I did a mock test with my instructor the day before my test to see if I was ready. Did everything perfectly. But I drove too slowly in one area so he decided to give me his car. Felt great 🙃. Had to cancel my test and told him to get lost. Now I'm wondering how should I find a test when there's 6 month wait.
Way too many roundabouts for my liking, I’m not a fan of roundabouts but just down to new driver lack of confidence (but I’m going to have a lesson with friends husband who’s an ADI so I can build my confidence rather than trying to avoid them!)
New driver? Don’t avoid them. Just a bit of the right practise and you’ll be fine! 👍😊
@@GetWheelDriving Thanks, I’m on the case, I go out at weekends to practice them and luckily friends husbands an ADI so can go on the busier, larger roundabouts with me. I’ve always lacked confidence in my driving but I’ll get there (managed to pass my test first time at 50 with 3 minors)
