I’ve seen hundreds of van conversions now and this is the best I’ve seen by far!! There is very little I would change. Thanks for sharing! Now all I have to do is convince my hubby that this would work for us....😂. We now have truck/22 ft travel trailer.

great conversion, however, I just can see how anyone can actually soap up and shower in such a small space! I have never seen a van conversion other than on these videos, so it was great that you actually stepped into yours. Great sized fridge!

We custom build each van for the customer. Depends on if they want the roof space for other things typically.
Very beautiful and similar to our 3500 tall, XLong, except we have on interior shower. Nice job.

really love this build so let me state that first and foremost, the wood working is amazing! Just one thing I noticed that didn't add up for me is how you said you built the lower part of the cabinets above the stove area to be recessed so you don't hit your head or have an obstructed view, but then make the argument for how the flip down door faces would make for a good spice rack during cooking. Wouldn't that actually make it just as, if not more obstructed? I understand you don't need to use it that way of course its just something that came to my attention :) Pros and cons to everything in a small space I suppose.

There is no vent for the fridge other than the roof vent

What driver and passenger chairs are those that allow to be turned around - or did you mount them on a different base to allow that?
Those are Factory swivels. There are aftermarket swivels but they raise the height of the seat about 1.5"

I might have missed it, but did you cover what the ceiling is? It looks like slats of stainless steel, but I liked how i reflected the light and shimmered a bit - How did you accomplish this?
It is a tongue and groove pine board with the beaded side out. It is a high gloss rustolium paint. That may explain the reflected light.

No way in hell will I have a toilet in the shower now I know there's a premium for space but I will use a step van for my upcoming project will won't be some award winning deal but the toilet in the shower is a deal breaker for me but nice job on the build.
I have big reservations about not putting the toilet in the shower. The toilet is easily removed, and the shower is easily cleaned of pee splash and other misses.

I didn't see a cooker hob
I believe he mentioned the client didn’t want one and opted for a stand alone, portable burner that would fit in the top drawer.

Your camera person need to show what you are talking about more than just showing you.
I prefer the freezer on the bottom and fridge on top
Fridges are naturally more efficient with the freezer on top. Most of the most efficient fridges you will see will generally always have the freezer on top. Very important on anything battery powered to save energy where possible
But yes i prefer it like you too but in these builds i’ll go with efficiency first
you would be better off with a satin/ or low luster finish on your cabinets and ceilings. Less glare and it will show less imperfections.
