@@lookcatchu yeah soooo funny story I thought 4 potatoes was gonna be too much until I got to the part where I had to put them in the tray and they were more like the flat Legos, but made out of potatoes so I basically made square potato chips. Still good and crunchy though 9/10 because they weren't cubes

me, always wanting to eliminate steps because I'm lazy, might try this using frozen already shredded potatoes from Walmart and mold them in an ice CUBE tray or a similar cube shaped structure I might find around the apartment..

you also forgot to mention, you might try seasoning the potatoes before making them into cubes or adding bacon bits or shredded cheese.. and because i would almost never use ketchup on anything but meatloaf or pot roast, I'd dip mine in horseradish sauce or bleu cheese dressing or just mayo.. now back to the "first bite's for you"
