This was a great course. There was dust, but, not as bad as it could have been. I couldn't count the amount of riders that was participating. I finished 13 of 26 in the class.
From doing that race before. You will no doubt need to refuel. It was 60 miles last time I did it. Took almost 5 hrs. The transitions from one test to the other are harder than the test. Take plenty of water. I went thru 2liters in 30 miles. I ran out. I mixed 50-50 with Gatorade. I was so cramped I couldn’t drive home for a while. Anyway the fuel you need to take extra.
@@Brandon-dd8dw I would defiantly take a small jug of fuel in your back pack. I have made it 45 miles in a race before, but I think with all the bottle necks your going to burn fuel differently. For me last time they had a fuel stop at 30-35 miles. A small Gatorade bottle has worked in the past for me. You wouldn't think its going to be much but i can say you will be tired at the end..lol Use a 2.5 fuel can full at the fuel stop. You might even want to have a little extra water to drink also. And take something to eat when you stop for fuel. you're going to need it.
Sick! Wish I could’ve made it!
Yeah it was fun. For the most part the dirt was good. Tons of bikes. Lots of people.

That was awesome. Course looks like epic conditions out there. How did you feel after racing Clarks branch.
I was not to bad. My arms were sour. But it was fun. Tons of riders. 13of26. But I didn’t start as good as I wanted.
What age group is super senior?
50+
Are you doing devils head? Just wondering about the gas situation. Asking you as you have the same bike as me!

@@1Rustychain what about running out of gas? You think our bikes could make 45 mi on a single tank? They say it’s 45 ish for the first refuel
