In this video I show how I installed/replaced a set of door seals on my 67 Ford F100. After a long time of having to slam the doors to get them somewhat shut. I decided it was just time to replace them with new ones.
After doing some research. I came across the set from Dennis Carpenter. Doing some more looking around. This seemed to be a known issue and most people were happy with this set. I purposely left this video longer to show the entire process. Hope you find this video informative and helpful. As always thanks for watching. @@midlifecustoms I did my Broncos weatherstripping right after watching and it went great.

@donfogel4415 thank you
I have the same problem with my 1979 F150. I bought Amazon seals and I installed it on my passenger side and now you have to slam it and the door sticks out. I will be getting a pair from Dennis Carpenter. Nice bumpside!
@glenndoherty6864 Thank you and good luck with the new seals
Hey bud, just giving you a heads up man I really appreciate the video. I was on the fence about that lower part how the hell it got installed. Thank you. 1971 F100
@bryonbahr3883 thanks. The lower part on the seal is the reason I made this video 😂
Great helpful video. Thanks
@Bobby Boothe thanks for the support
Thanks for the tips I just recently got a 67 F100 bumpside shortbed with an original Stamped 67 big block 390fe with hella upgrades already done to it and it's about I'd say cabs fresh brand-new everything lol still not "finished" lol but will they ever be truly finished? Lol I've got a lot more work ahead I have big plans for this truck and maybe even be able to get a sponsor and go with my dream truck but hopefully one day right well keep up the videos man I do appreciate all the help I can get!
@Shaun Warren thanks. I agree they are never really finished lol. Good luck on your project
great help
@jack stotts thank you
same with mine, placed the driver's side seal and it just won't really shut no matter what I do. I may go with the Dennis Carpenter set aslo
@Chris Busch it has been a few months now since I changed them out. They still seem to be working very well. Good luck if you decide to change them.
Nice video Greg's Garage. I will be doing the same in my 76 F 1Hundy. Where did you get the Loop Carpet? I am not sure if it was available as an option in 76 but I like that look. Thank you
@Ron Hacker thanks. I actually got the carpet from a seller on eBay a while ago. It has a extended piece for the gas tank section . Which I wanted since I did the tank relocation. Good luck on your project.
What adhesive did you use? Great video, have a 67 as well
@Steve Speicher thanks. The adhesive is 3m 08008 black super weatherstrip adhesive
