Making a burger, fries, drink & tablet cake toppers

This video shows how we made fondant replicas of fastfood products and a tablet. Its a chocolate cake with buttercream filling and covered with blue fondant. This cake was made for a person who loves hanging out at fastfood chains with his tablet, hence, the burger, fries, soft drink and tablet cake toppers. The toppers are all made of fondant.

Is it all fondant or also sugar paste?

It's all fondant. For the ones I need to be stiffer like the fries and tablet, I just mixed some tylose powder on the fondant.

What is your fast colour spray

It's food color used for airbrushing. I used apricot for the burger bun.

Hi. I used apricot diluted with gin or vodka to control the color so it doesn't get too dark. If you dont have apricot, you can mix orange and yellow with a tiny bit of brown.
