Thread and needles can be purchased almost everywhere. I also shop a lot on etsy, just google "minky fur" or "velboa" or "cuddlesoft fabric" and you'll get some results. Sadly, jars of motivation are hard to come by ;(

For stretchy fabric yes because without it,while your stuffing it,the fabric will stretch and make the horse look wonky
What if you have WAVE velboa fabric? Which way should hobbyhorses hair go? Sorry for my bad english :)
