Turn single to doubles for off ice figure skating. How to do double jumps from singles for skaters.
Here's a way of thinking about turning your single jumps off ice into doubles. Adding the extra rotation can be easy off the ice as you can add it a bit at a time if you use this technique!
Keep in mind where your jump is heading in it's over all direction. Practice your off ice rotation drills and you can aply them to your single jumps to upgrade them :)
