Hope every student talks about the issues he or she faced in their college or school after they clear their exams. Eventually when these school/colleges are defamed and get questioned by new joiners repeatedly they would change.

Fantastic work from you bro... totally appreciate your efforts and vision. Could you please find a suitable guest who can address the big issue in indian society today, which is the majority mindset who think that only education can bring fortunes and only way to survive. But wat about the people who are not good at studies but they have a unique abilities in them. How can we guide parents & social creatures around such individuals who can actually help them in finding their path of life in other ways without education. I feel there are millions of kids who get discouraged or taunted as useless just bcos they could not pass few subjects or clear exams. We indians need a new mindset to look at opportunities rather being traditionally narrow. If we can uplift the confidence and moral of such underrated talents, we actually make India grow. Please think on this... Thanks a ton for your good work.😊😊

The problem is most of our engineering colleges are focused on placements and CGPA than allowing students to experiment with their original ideas ( if at all they have any). Because sometimes until unless you come up with 100 bad ideas, you cannot come up with 1 new idea. Focus should be more on brain storming and problem solving than having to sit through boring lectures.

@@space1499 bro our colleges suck. I am currently doing my Mtech in a so called prestigious University ( PES University) that is famous in Bangalore. But here the professors, chairperson, students almost everyone are toxic as fuck. They will not let others grow , they will not grow. Just try to go up to them and explain your unconventional ideas, they will laugh at you and will not take you seriously. No innovation, no creativity. Everything here is based on grades. Want to get into a club , you need to pass some test. Want to conduct research with professor, you need a good cgpa. Don't expect your professors to respect you if you don't have such a good cgpa. You want to survive in this shit University you have to suck dick. The only bright side of this university is placements/ hackathons. It is an extremely toxic environment that will try to bring you down. You don't know how much I feel like crying for being trapped in PES , I have nowhere to go.

A simple question: If the solution to "education system is f**ked" is to work harder and smarter, then what about the time I lost to that system?
It is easy to say "upskill karo" , but that system runs for hours every day and you also have commitments to the system after that, like Assignments, Projects, etc.
Upskill tohho jayega, lekin jo zindagi ke itne saal barbaad ho gaye, koi kabhi ye kyun nahi sochta ki usme kitna faida hota?
Is it really impossible to change it?

Upskilling toh karna padega, Jo hamare itne saal barbaad huwe woh toh hamare education system pe ek kalank hai.

Yes, there is a gap. Companies expect to hire highly skilled individuals, while our colleges are producing graduates who may not meet these expectations. Clearly, not everyone can perform like a top candidate. Nowadays, many colleges operate primarily to receive government funding, and it's no secret that some are controlled by politicians and mafias. Their primary goal is not to produce high-quality engineers but to profit personally. Edtech companies are stepping in to bridge this gap.

Do you think learning english or any spoken language will give you the skills of writing books, essays, content of the best kind that can influence the world in many ways? Will it not require lots of effort, practice to master skills in a language to be able to write books on many subjects. Similarly tech giants will hire you if you have evolved your software skills to that level of writing software where you can create sophisticated software that is not just an app but has many moving pieces and can scale to hundreds of millions of users.

She is scamming people by selling what is already available free. The problem in India is coaching has killed baisc reasecrh level in most Indian student. These people are scamming Bsc/Humanaties/engineering student from non IT/CS background. She is exploiting students by showing her few weeks of internship in microsoft. I doubt she herself has done any good project in job. She is also doing plagiarism of resources available free on internet and selling as her own course. Her followers started spamming express js open source project on github with garbage PR spoiling the name of genuine Indian developer community working in open source project..

Hi, I agree with this. I think we have to change the education system to focus on work on increasing practical knowledge, and like that, just for the required document. Don't waste time in documentary work, just for the company's requirement is that.
we need to upgrade faculties, improve skills, and gain practical knowledge that is useful for at least them to face the problem out of college life and the job for them,
according to their skills. It's my thought.
    Thank you, @Raj shamani 😊😍🌎

So bring Narendra Modi in your podcast not for the promotion of BJP but for the unveiling the Leadership secrets .
Thank you and I have noticed that amongst all podcasts I have seen you are the guy that don't caught by the other person's opinion but remains our of the frame of that person and try to ask as many questions as you can ... Thats the best part of yours I like .

forget colleges the problem is the following this-
    1. Right from we were born, we do so in a outdated society which is modified by the British, not our own.
    2. Then we join school, where unqualified teacher taught us outdated syllabus in a bad way.
    3. Then we joined colleges where the same thing happened, the only thing 95% of Indians get from colleges are the degree.
Now we don't know shit when we are in the real world. So, we follow each other (like a sheep) and applied all together for a govt job by preparing a shitty exam designed to filter so many applicants not to get the right candidate for the job. (Example why the fuck you need science and history in a banking job).
We all do this cause that's all we knew from the start, our teachers, professors, parents and society as a whole mad us do it. Some of us who were lucky break away from this chain and truly achieve something and do something that they always wanted to do.
At 12;30 you said, engineering collages are there only for degrees and are not providing any skills to the students, to which I say isn't this the fault of the govt who accredit these kind of collages, why not shut it down. Govt should impose strict rules so colleges work properly,

I grew in company of hunter, farmer, carpenter, smiths, barber, Cobbler, meson, electrician, workers etc. I watched and learned their skills. Made hobby. Made tool for me. Didn't money to buy. This help me to become good problem solving engineer. In contrary my son is also engineer who cant tight screws in wall, cant join electrical wires, cant apply M-Seal. Issue is he dont hav genes of techie mean he don't hav like and attraction of tech stuff from childhood. I clear find diff in him and me. He took engineering because he learned life is good after degree.

Good conversation. Unfortunately, IMHO, even the most educators in India are also confused about how to teach 'coding' as early as possible.
What needs to be taught from early on is the 'algorithmic way of thinking to solve problems' in anything and everything they do, whether they are going to be in software, engineering, medicine, science, finance, small business, farming, arts, social work, or government. Coding exercises only happen to provide a simple and systematic way to execute that training.

Girls actually don't opt for Engineering courses. This is the matter of the fact. Secondly, true Engineering colleges are a shit show irrespective of their level. IITs aren't great because of great professors, they are great because of great students.
A fact most often ignored by the World.

Pahle India ko uss level k laptops banane chahiye, then import band krke apne launch krne chahiye. Kyuki uss quality k laptop India m high price mein hi milte hain and bahar se order kro sasta padta h comparatively. Pahle market m lekr to aao. Bina supply k demand jyada hogi to loss hi hoga, in long term also. Yeh jo kah rhi h wo theoretical sahi hoga, practical nahi.
