So easy you can do them anywhere your stationary(couch, TV commercials, parked car, grocery line etc). Nutrients I use are Lutein, vita-A, vita-C, bilberry are taken daily. The bigger you are the more you need to take. Few Multi-Eyetamins are worth the price, buy individual units of nutrients. Eggs, spinach, orange juice are very good for your eye health too. Does this seem to work the for Dry form of AMD or only when it's vascular (wet)? I found a article on the study at the UofA and it only seems to discuss the vascular (wet) AMD.
