The prosecution has to prove the case, and that hasn’t happened, no matter how much wishcasting goes on. Cohen, a serial liar and disbarred attorney, who has breached his duty to his client by failing to uphold attorney-client privilege, is far from credible. There are clear grounds for a mistrial but doubtful it will be called in this courtroom.
