- I have been wanting to do a Parkway Drive drum cover for quite a while. I was in the gym and this song popped up on my playlist so I knew instantly I had to cover it! There is no denying Parkway Drive has been a powerhouse in the metalcore genre since 2003, and this song is no exception to the incredible momentum this band has generated over the years!

Whoa!! this is the first time I heard this track, I mean I don't listen to metalcore a lot, in fact very rarely but damn!! amazing cover!! What always fascinates me about drummers, especially in the metal genre is their ability to play those fast double base while keeping a slow but steady tempo on the snares!! Fascinating man! and once again Great Cover!!

Like I said earlier, I don’t listen to metal core a lot, usually black, blackened death, death, thrash, symphonic and all but after watching your video I started listening to parkway drive while working, and I just saw their video for Darker still so they have a new listener thanks to You!! 🤘🏻
@@JeetGupta thats awesome! Thats really cool I was able to introduce you to something new! Parkway Drive is in an interesting place because there older stuff is more aggressive in terms of metalcore elements but there newer stuff is more palatable for a wider variety of tastes. Dedicated from the Ire album is still my gym starter to this day

Its hard to let go of the earlier sound of Parkway Drive for me.. My Favorite releases from the band are the first 3 albums. In the order in witch the were released... But awesome job on this cover man. Also, i have always liked Cymbal Chokes and the Stop n Go feel in a Metal song. Again Great Job on the cover..💀🤘

That was some great work, I'm not as familiar with Parkway Drive but I enjoyed this. It looked far more relaxed compared to some of the chaos you've unleashed recently (heh I know we only get a snapshot of a long practice/recording session) and it was nice to see you getting into the groove of it. Awesome stuff.

Bro, you gotta get into Parkway. This song is of their 2015 album ‘Ire.’ I highly recommend it. It was the album that finally got me into them. Their 2010 album ‘Deep Blue’ is prolly my favourite though.
