Haha 😂 glad you understand the struggle, lol
YOU’RE SO SMART I BLOODY ENVY YOU SO MUCH BUT ALSO THANK YOU FOR SHARING , I AM DEFINITELY TRYING THIS DELIGHTFUL IDEA!
I TRIED AND FAILED ONE DAY ILL BE AS GOOD AS YOU LORD BLESS ME
I haven't yet decided how I want to use a dutch door, but I already feel they will be helpful in the coming months. Thank you so much for this.
Hi, I love your ideas and have used two already. thank you for sharing
So many wonderful ideas, i admire your passion and dedication. Thanks for sharing
I never thought of trying what you show in your 3rd or 4th presentation, cutting the paper horizontally with small boxes for each day remaining all week visible while using the bottom part to add more for each day.
Great job and thank you for this great idea! 👍
Most welcome, and glad you got ideas here! 💜😄
I am brand new in the bullet journal community and it's thanks to a long burn out period... I already had some artistic skills in drawing and using them for something so useful for my daily life is pretty exciting.
Very helpful, with a BIG thumbs up. I have used the folded dutch door, until i build the confidence to cut.
Thanks Vera! The folded Dutch door is one of my long-term favourites 😄💜
Loved this video and it gave me some ideas! Thanks.
You are a great teacher.
Aww yay! Thank-you so much! 😄💜
super helpful! Big thumbs up!
Thanks Lisa! 😄💜 glad it was useful 💪
I am new to bullet journaling and find your ideas so helpful, thank you❤
You could draw you tabs in with Fixation pens and then remove the marks by use a hair dryer. Fixation ink is erased by heat. Eliminating the possibility if tearing the paper as you erase.
Now as I have some, that's a damn good idea!
I'm going to use the horizontal ones for October and put my habit tracker at the top in hopes of actually remembering to fill it out.
I love the way you created this. Your bullet journal is cute.
Thanks! 💜
Fantastic video. You explain things very clearly.
This was super helpful, thank you!
i like the folded one, because i dont like the idea to lose half a page by cutting it. But dutch doors are useful when you dont want to repeat informations (goals for the year, days of the months, notes/to do/trackers for the week, for example)
Thank you for sharing 💕
Most welcome! 💜
Great vid on the types of Dutch Doors. I’ve done a Horizontal DD in my Happy Planner. LOVE the tabs you created. I’m stilling deciding if I want a bujo.
Thanks and glad you liked it! I'm a big bujo supporter (though likely a little biased, haha!)
I find that my needs in a weekly layout change a lot week-to-week, so having the flexiblity to include what I want and need is helpful to me :)
I think dutch doors are great!
Me too! 😄💜
Love your bullet journal advice, simple and a little touch of artsy amazing!
Awww thank-you! Hope you found this one helpful 💜
I use a Dutch door on occasion to track workouts and meals separately from my daily tasks, appointments, etc. BTW, I love your channel-subbed.
Thanks! I really like Dutch doors, though I haven't used one is a couple of months; might need to bring it back for April :)
25:59 Use an Exacto knife, with a thin cardboard behind the page, to get a clean cut.
Sadly didn't own one at the point of making this video, but good solution 💪
Great video
Thanks! ^_^
Thanks for sharing these. I haven't used Dutch Doors yet, because it seemed so intimidating- and I'm afraid of messing up my Bullet Journal. With your tips, I'm ready to try. I just have to decide how I want to incorporate them into a spread.
Awesome! It's a fun thing to do, but totally can be a bit daunting to start with!
Hi there thanks for the really helpful video for me as a beginner to dutch doors! Can you please tell me more about the guillotine you show at 11m40s? doesn't look like you have a link in the description box for this tool and it looks really handy. Many thanks :)
I am trying dutch doors for the first time and I am so glad I was able to find this video. I am curious-- what would be your suggestion for how to make a combo dutch door. Like, I want to cut a bit off the top of the door, but also cut in from the sides. Is there anything I should really be mindful of when doing this?
I do enjoy Dutch doors that are cut from both directions! I’ve used them previously in some of my monthly set ups with my productivity trackers in particular. Biggest advice would just be to make sure you measure up the space before you cut 🙂 just to make sure you don’t cut off too much in either direction 💪
An example would be around the 8:50 mark of this video: czcams.com/video/cL6AbYBp-x0/video.html
@@JashiiCorrin Thank you so much! I will check it out and let you know how it goes! Measure twice, cut once, right? Lol. Thank you.
Checked it out and it looks a lot simpler than my mind was trying to make it lol. Thank you for the video and the suggestion!
This was extremely helpful and for the first time, I have managed to make tabs using your instructions! :) Love your spreads also! New subbie here and on IG! :) TFS
Thanks @Suz 😄 💜
What phomemo do you have and recommend?thank you and loving your videos
I have the M02, and it works well. I don’t use it a lot, because I prefer to draw things in myself where possible, but it’s good for simpler black and white elements 💪 (e.g. mini calendars grids, simple line worked doodles, etc)
Is there a reason you stick them together rather than cutting the extra off for a folded dutch door?
I've found that I typically get a nicer "feeling" edge with the folding and sticking, but I've used it both ways and got good results 😊 just depends on how careful and neat I am with my cutting if I do 😋
I looked everywhere on Amazon for that paper trimmer/guillotine that you were using but with no luck, any chance you remember what's it called
My mum gave me this one so I have no idea sorry 😭
