What and where do u get the priority card from?
@ Naimat Zaman, you can sign up to Priority Pass from Priority Pass website. The fee depends on which package you pick, which in turn depends on how often you intend to travel. Priority Pass gives you lounge access to almost every country in the world (about 1300 airports).
The one I have is unlimited, which means I can access lounges as many times as I want. Other packages may have some restrictions. However, I don’t pay for it directly. I get it as a complimentary benefit with my American Express platinum card.
I went here❤, yes the staff are very abrupt I genuinely think they dont like Brown south Asian people! They assume we are very low class/Caste! 😢😢😢

Salam Alaikum Brother, I'm organizing an Umrah for a good friend of mine and myself. From what I read, as a German citizen, it is allowed to perform Umrah with an e-visa. I don't need a special Umrah Visa or have to book something with an Agent. Can you confirm this? Also, the e-visa requires an obligatory health insurance. Do you know if it is covered with my american express platinum travel insurance? Thank you in advance JazzakAllah

That’s right. You can perform Umrah on e-visa. (However, please watch my episode 24 regarding bringing ZamZam water back home on e-visa)
I have AmEx platinum card and hence worldwide travel insurance. But I have to buy insurance through the Saudi portal every time I apply for the e-visa. There was no option to opt out of it when I last applied.

One last question also, for what do I need the Nusuk App? Do I need it to get inside Masjid al Haram or the at the area of the Kaaba, respectively?

The Nusuk app is used to book slots for Umrah (Kaaba area) and for entering the Rawdah in Madinah. However, the pass for Umrah is not checked as frequently. Majority of the people can enter the Kaaba area without any checks, as long as men wear the Ihram.
To enter other areas of Masjid Al Haram, there is neither any checks nor do you need any app.
The Rawdah, however, is a different picture. They check every single person and you must show the pass from the app.
