I think it's more likely someone makes a Super Tomcat mod out of the F-14 module than a release D-model. The only reason it wouldn't happen isn't because of Iran but because it'd involve a lot of guesswork as a lot of the systems that were on the D are still sensitive/classified.
@user-vp9lc9up6v Iran isn't the problem. Part of the NATOPS is still classified due to the IRST. I guess the IRST on the D is extremely close to the IRST that's still used today on other aircraft in the inventory, so they've been unwilling to give it up. However a fairly recent remark by Heatblur says they're still trying to gather all the info they can on the D, so who knows.

The rewards are great should you persevere but, take this advice: buy only what you want not what is new, and try to focus on just a couple of modules at a time to learn, and practice in them often because the skills are perishable over time if you don't keep them fresh.

I have a bit of experience with the PMDG 737 in Microsoft Flight Sim so I'd say I'm thrilled with how complex the systems are and how much there is to learn I got a couple maps, the F16, and the F18. I don't plan on buying anything else for a long time. Current setup is VKB Gladiator stick, Thrustmaster TWCS throttle, in VR on a Reverb G2
Was hoping a direct release date would be shown in the end, but still a very hype trailer and module (based on what we've seen). Definitely a day one purchase from me.
I think RAZBAM still need to pass it to ED for inspection before the release so its hard for them to set a direct release date. I just hope they have finished all the development on their end.

I cannot wait until this model comes out! But, I also think they should remake the F-15C with better flight dynamics and a clickable cockpit with more in depth systems.
@@sergionash4651 IRL F-15 achieved nearly all of its 104 air kills before introduction of AMRAAM, during the Cold War conflicts and Desert Storm. It was much more interesting period for F-15 fighter variant, after USSR collapsed F-15 didn't see much air combat since there was no air threat in the world anymore anywhere.
To be honest first second i saw the Strike Eagle in the 2022 and Beyond video i got insanely excited and i hope that this multi-crew will be amazing as the others

I can't wait for the F-15E to be released. I used to spend hours playing Janes' F-15E Strike Eagle back in the very late 1990's & early 2000's.

AFAIK the flight model of the F-15C in game is full fidelity. Agree on the systems, though I am much more exited for the F-15E.
