Nutmeg is not haram. Nutmeg is a key seasoning in Middle Eastern cuisine, and the presumed effects where you could get poisoned only happens if you made the decision to eat 6 tablespoons in one go. What's next, we're not allowed to use extract for baking?

This is pretty similar to a Filipino soup, Sopas. Instead of gnocchi, we use elbow pasta/macaroni and everything else is pretty much the same.
