i've always praised ler as a riff master. this dude literally wrote the south park intro outro and solo, jerry was a racecar driver, my name is mud, and mr krinkle guitar parts.
not all of his stuff is that baffling but i'm certain there's a lot more than that as i listen to primus rather casually. he doesn't always deploy his bag of tricks, but when he does, there is always an air of magic, or creepiness that adds a cool factor to the weirdness of primus' songs. you think you've seen it all, but then once you look into the bag, there is another bag of tricks inside of that.
once again, shoutout to the main riff of my name is mud, and the sneaky, crimson, riff of Mr Krinkle.

Great interview, but Larry was NOT a founding guitarist of Possessed though! He joined in late 1983 after Brian Montana got dismissed.
