Absolutely insane that the passenger seat is a manual only adjustment.

We looked at a Premium. Im 6'2"+ and experienced lots of lower back pain in the drivers seat, no matter how i adjusted the seat and lumbar support. There was also limited room in the back seat when i was in the front seat.

Biggest con is front passenger seat. Sits too high for above average height. Toyota should've offered power height adjustment for passenger seat.

Was going to ask that question. Test drove this car and thought passenger seat was uncomfortable and high up and couldn't be lowered. Didn't feel comfortable in passengers seat and it doesn't Lower at all. Felt like I was on a booster chair for kid. Is it only me? Love the car but need to feel comfortable in passenger seat too.

@@pcoloni2509 I keep my cars 10+ years, careless about design changes, but I am waiting patiently for 6th Gen Rav4 just for that reason alone. I don't want bigger SUV and I love everything else about my 23 XSE. Seriously, I'm not even 6ft(180) tall, yet I would rather drive than sitting shotgun.

@matrix-fh9tn thanks, wish it was as comfortable as drivers seat with power adjustability for passengers. Glad to know it's not only me.

@@pcoloni2509 FYI, Limited trim has power passenger seat you can lower or raise. I went with XSE for look. 😄

@matrix-fh9tn thank you. Your trim have heated rear and ventilation front seats? Do you know if any will have heads up display? Just curious. Our dealer doesn't have limited on lot. Lower trims on lot. I know there available other places. Glad you love XSE ! Nice to learn from others and thought it was just me when I sat for a few minutes in passenger seat for a test drive waiting for him to pull out a car to drive. Odd seat. Can learn alot of these videos. I want all the features in limited in XSE hybrid trim/body. Don't think it's possible. Don't want prime or price tag either.

The weather tech door sill plates/protectors are 1000x better than the rav4 ones. The rav4 doesn’t cover nearly enough area.

Top of the range Toyota SUV with an electric power seat for the driver & a plain ordinary seat for the passenger luxury for one & not much for the other. Not much of an impression when someone is given a lift & told it's top of the range SUV (with a manual seat?). so the solution is simple of course it will cost you money but here goes, Toyota make left hand & right hand SUVs, so if you have a left hand drive vehicle the driver power seat is on the left & on your right is a passenger seat so order a right hand driver power seat & swap the passenger seat with the new power seat plus of course a memory switch has to be fitted to the passenger door panel. So of course if you have a right hand driver vehicle then you order a left hand driver power seat to swap with the left hand passenger seat also the memory seat switch needs to be fitted on the passenger door panel so I just hope that this helps & puts a grin from ear to ear to a customer if it works out at a main Toyota dealership.
