I met JFK, at an event I threw at a downtown bar in Soho, the owner was buddies with him I think they went to the same college he was so kind and down to earth and omg fkn gorgeous but he was so warm and unassuming and he would put you at ease he asked you questions about yourself, he was wonderful.
Say what you want about Carole but what she said about Andy favouring Bethenny was definitely accurate.

I miss Carole on the show! Out of all the ladies, personally I felt she was the most relatable and down to earth.
I had no idea until recently that Carole was so accomplished. She had her own career as a legitimate and award-winning journalist, a gutsy one at that, prior to marrying Anthony Radziwill.
It was great show. We always loved John John. He was one of the most handsome and genuine men ever.
Carole came on this interview and SPILT!!! I loved every minute of it and really enjoyed listening to her

Thanks Jenny for having Carol on your show! Carol has already been my favorite on the housewives. I was on a business trip to NY July 1999 when the accident happen. I was planning to visit Martha Vineyards the following weekend. I was so sad for the tragedy I just couldn’t go MV and went home early. Thank you Carol for sharing all the personal insights about Carolyn, Lauren and John on the A&E special it was done really well. I also loved you on The Haunting Of and Hollywood Medium shows. 💕✨🙏🏻🦋

Good to see carol where she shines! Thru this interview I see Carol was breaking thru her past person by becoming a housewife.. But, it was time for her to redefine herself! And now she's perfect to Chanel JFK Jr and the crew that defined the mid 1990s generation new York! I see great things moving forward for carol!(and also feel Bethany has grown in ways their friendship will reconnect in future!)
Carole will always be one of my favorite HWs. I can't imagine losing two of my best friends, then my husband.
I'm glad she pointed out how shamelessly Andy favors Bethenny. It's the way he has been from the beginning. That's why she basically co-hosts the reunion, he lets her run wild.
I can't even watch that last reunion with them both! Bethenny so offended me with her behavior! She literally became a wild dog attacking Carole for what I still don't understand or know! Bethenny feeling abandoned because Carole wasn't kissing her arse as much probably had something to do with it! ;-(
I used to love Bethanny. But she became so hypocritical over the years. She could always dish it out but if someone gave her shit back- they would have hell to pay. And I get that she was going through a really nasty divorce so she was obviously affected. But damn did she take her shit out on everyone around her. Carrole used to kiss her ass and when she started to stand on her own feet, Bethenny didn't like her very much. She wanted a puppy to follow her around and lick her ass.

I ran into Carol in NYC in 2017 - she was super nice to me... Didn't want to bother her but she made me feel comfortable.... I'm from LA and told her my favorite housewife show was orange county ( since I live in LA) and NYC (my favorite city) ... now I don't watch any episodes they disgusted me.. Never watched RHONY much but always liked Carole the most. I didn't know she left.
She said some really derogatory things on here that prove she really believes she's above the rest of the women. She rants about how much she loves Dorinda and how great she is, then says the women who react emotionally are "emotionally unbalanced", "needing attention" and "not set up to think logically". Well guess what hun, your pal Dorinda is leading that charge more than anyone, especially when she's been drinking.

I watched this documentary last night..I can remember when it was released that they were lost at sea what a huge shock..I stood on the beach late on that Saturday evening looking out at sea praying that it was all just a horrible dream..

Great interview. I’ve met both Jenny and Carole. Jenny is a sweetheart and Carole is more reserved and somewhat introvert. I heard that her book “What Remains” is a good book and very well written. I plan to order it
Lisa Holte, Your Access To The Red Carpet! It is a great book. I loved her then she joined Real Housewives...I was shocked and disappointed.
I've read 'What Remains,' twice, and I keep wishing for a different ending:( Beautifully written, honestly written, and so sad. Carole has gone through a lot and came out strong. I loved her friendship with Bethenny and I don't understand why Bethenny chose to destroy it. They were so good together.

Blaming her departure on "the show getting dark" and calling luanne a "character" who got arrested for assaulting a police officer when she's now in early recovery, low blow. Plus putting down tinsley and gaslighting her about their relationship when tinsley obviously has layers and layers of emotional trauma and abandonment issues is just so uncalled for. If she's so logical she should be able to recognize when her friends are acting out of insecurity or mental illness and approach conflict in a way that takes that into account... the pretentious way she constantly moves blame around without taking any responsibly for anything is annoying.

@Jeslyn Hoque. All relationships are complicated. We do not know the depth of these relationships. They start off (usually) in a good light. The cameras were there to produce a 'show'... and they manipulated what was put on tape.
These 'actors' were being paid. And, remember, 'familiarity breeds contempt.' And so over time the whole situation becomes 'complicated.'
Carole is just telling her side of the story. It had become unbearable for her with all the crazy personalities fighting for 'attention.'

To be such a 'great writer' she doesn't speak well. Also, from the time since she left RHONY she has aged a lot. She lost me when she left her husband's ashes at that chapel and never visited him or retrieved them until she was called because they was closing the chapel down. Pretty cold. She also, to me was boring and thought she was above the cast mentally. She also picked traits of several ladies on the show while interacting with them and incorporated them into her own personality while filming. She also can't decipher everyone has their own truth. Agree to disagree instead of calling them emotionally unstable.

Jenny always does a great interview. JFK Jr was truly an amazing interesting beautiful man. I found it very interesting that Carole didn’t know/remember that Jenny had a George cover, especially since she said she has every issue.

1. Carole said she wasn’t distancing her self from Bethany and Bethany was just making that up - also Carole a few mins later mentioned that she was establishing boundaries “Bethany and not to much Carole in the relationship” contradiction?!!
2.she said she wasn’t friend with T but went with her in trips and T consider her a friend until that horrible reunion.
3.giving money to someone’s charity doesn’t mean you’re giving it to them personally but for the cases they are trying to save and her saying that is just sound mean.
4.why did she stayed6 years with emotionally unstable women??

Had never heard of Carol until she came on Housewives...But right away stood out as too classy and intelligent to be on that show! They lucked out for sure!! Norman Goldblatt - I was actually surprised at the number of times she used the would “like” as a filler in her dialogue. It reminded me of a 16year old and not an accomplished, grown woman who writes pretty well. If she talks like this in everyday conversations with people, it would be disappointing to be around.

Carole, to my knowledge, has never discussed if or when she was asked to contribute her skills and knowledge to the magazine GEORGE. Her personality along with her experience may have been an asset. Plus, she is so humble.

I read a book about her and Anthony and she was not a good lovable wife while he was struggling in the hospital. She took every chance she could to get away from him, I found that sad. Also her shade towards Darryl was mean. John would have been with Darryl if not for his mother who thought Darryl wasn’t good enough for the family. Carolyn Bessette was not a good match for John and towards their demise they were both very unhappy. So she was 6 ft tall with blue eyes, she fought with John and was not the loving wife that he needed. Really Carol Radziwell has gotten her money’s worth living off talking or writing about John.

Bethenny makes great TV because she's an extremely intelligent, funny, manipulative, emotional train wreak.
Caroline Leonard Bethany is so scary and intense. She has to be the “leader” all the time. It’s Bethany’s way or the highway. She wonders why she has no friends or man.
Bethenny use to see a Shrink on the show...she is very unstable in the mind. Most her relationships fail from her dad,friends,husbands (2) to her talk show. She is witty ,but in a mean girl kinda way.
@@CountrySing she loses it but she also shows her softer side more ... I think anyone who was exposed to so much liquor as lifestyle, which seems to be fostered by Bravo in all their shows, would show up as their worse selves.

@@CountrySing well I have seen it since her boyfriend died but I never said warm and fuzzy I said softer side. Way more subtle than soft n fuzzy. I have also seen tiny snippets of this side in Caroll, I love to study the human psyche had lots of therapy myself and find it fascinating. Anyway I do think without the liquor most of this stuff would be kept under wraps and controlled by "rational" behavior and attitudes, but still lurks underneath in everyone that has an ego, which is everyone. I can relate to it all!

I find shes a bit conceited and not very humble. After everything on RHONY happened it made you realize how she manipulates situations. I loved her book but I was disappointed in how she shamed bethenny and the other women.
