    VISA n all is not at all challenging in any countries... main challenge is getting job offer from international companies. Nobody guide clearly and give 100 % clarity on how to search job and how to get job offer.. Also all overseas employers first give preference to their own people then it comes to us after filter which has very less chances of getting job... this is the (sad) truth.

    The main cause of Labor shortage in "some low skill sectors" is the fact that housing costs are among the most expansive in the world eg Rent... if you can get something to rent in the 1st place. Also food, heat, TAXES etc are among the highest in Europe. So Irish people & Europeans are leaving. Check it out before you go because otherwise unless your the new CFO of Google.. you could end up sleeping in a park, which for 9 months of the years means you die in the cold / rain, social services are not the best and as a foreigner forget about getting access to them.. Good Luck

    The whole idea of "work permit without sponsorship" is just stupid. Stop misleading your followers.
    You will not get a work permit without a job-offer and without the employer giving you all relevant details for the paperwork. So without their "sponsorship" nobody is getting a CSEP. The only difference with other countries is that you can offer to pay for your CSEP if your employer is not willing to pay. There are strict guidelines on how much percentage of the workforce can be non-EU/EEA employees.
    So the baseline is that if you need to apply for CSEP, you must reach a formal agreement with your employer on it and they should be okay with you applying for it. The video misleads people in such a way that, if your employer is not giving a work permit, then one can do it themselves, which is incorrect. Your answer for the sponsorship question should be "Yes". If you answer No, that means you already have the permission to work in Ireland, which is not the case.

    Hi, I have a question. I only can apply for a critical skills work permit if I already have a contract with a company? I mean, if I'm already working in the company? Or can I apply if a recruiter is interested in hired me? Because, I'm a stamp 2 and I already had chats with some recruiters, but they told me that I apply first for the visa and then they'll give me a contract.

    Ma'am need a lot of money to go to Australia but I don't have that amount of money. But I have to work hard for me to organize my family very much. Besides, I have to earn a lot of money. If you consider me as your relative or younger brother, I would have benefited by arranging a job for me in that country. Recently I completed Diploma in Electronics Engineering.

    The video is confusing and ambiguous as it is not telling how to apply for the employment? Is there a NY special category for foreign nationals to apply for specific jobs??

    So this requires a job offer from a company, on the other hand you are saying
. No sponsorship required
..didn’t catch it

    • @YourKnowledgeBuddy
      @YourKnowledgeBuddy  Pƙed 2 lety +1

      Job offer is different to ‘ Sponsorship’ .
      Example in the U.K. , u need job offer + sponsorship but in Ireland only job offer is enough as per the eligibility criteria mentioned in the videos.
