    Jobs maybe but there is a housing crisis for maybe ten years now. 70% of young Irish adults in ireland are living with their parents. 14000 homeless people and homeless record has broken a record two years in a row . 4000 homeless children and no sign of change . Its not as simple as just getting a job . That job does not mean you will have security here.

    It’s not as easy as said by these influencers . To get audience one has to make positive narratives and that’s working in this world 😊

      well said@pssa6214, im tryng since 3 years, it all depends on your luck first, and as per govt labor laws and rules, 1st preference is given to citizens, PR holders, work permit holders and University and college students and then laaaaast is for ur luck u shud have that critical skills matchin to the exact requrements of a role in
      a company that needed urgently and you should be unique 1 in a million that shows there is no other option for that compnay but to hire a candidate from international.

    Do some research on the current situation in Ireland. There is a serious housing crisis! People are being forced to leave the country. Stay safe.

    Do we have to enter the country on a tourist visa to be able to apply for this work permit? .... Because I didn't find any provision that allows us to apply from outside the country..... Please comment, thanks

    • @j.4920
      @j.4920 Před 6 měsíci +1

      If you get approved for a tourist visa you can stay for 90 days, you have to have a return ticket to present, you can’t work on a tourist visa, you need a working visa to apply for a job. Additionally as you’re not a citizen you’re not entitled to any state-supports

      You can’t move to a country without a room, there’s actually very few accommodations left, so the prices for them are for rich folk

    Please DO NOT come to Ireland. I’m telling you this in good faith. €3000 per month is the usual rent for a one bed apartment. 100k per annum is the pinpoint of a salary you need to live in a survivable manner.

    Be careful how you view Ireland. Ireland is not a wealthy country , do not use the Irish GDP as a reference , it is massively inflated as Ireland is a historic tax haven and to a large degree tax and creative accounting still artificially in late it. Also multinational business inlates it also.
    There is a housing crisis,large protests against influx of people claiming asylum. This is not against people who are filling jobs and applying for work visa.
    A great friendly country, but with problems and a fake wealth classification
