I came from iPhone to s23fe... let me tell you I never cared about customization even now on my Samsung I still don't care... I am getting used to this new phone ... but I don't think I have gotten something extra with this phone...
you can also root non samsung phones(specifically Android) to have mods to basically have that type of customization too

Hello. I have a question regarding a recent change in the behavior of the search function. Previously, when I clicked on a link from a search result, it would open the Perspective app. However, now it does not. I would like to know if I am doing something incorrectly or if there is a setting that needs to be adjusted. Thank you for your assistance.
i just downloaded the newest update for Home Up and there is no option for icons size... yes i looked through every option on the entire app. v15.0.01.19

Hi, is there any other way besides swiping to answer phone calls ? I've seen a way to get it to just one tap but then you have a floating icon on your home screen which is a no-go for me. Thanks in advance
My s21 brazil has not yet reached One UI 6.1 until the end of May 2024, in One UI 6.0 are these home module functions available? Or is it only for version 6.1???

Hi Jimmy hey I use my notification panel a lot like you if you set it in home screen you can swipe from the top left for notification and any part in the screen for the finder access.

Didn't play with it up there since my thumb doesn't reach that far easily haha. Having it in app tray works though for me.
Quick question does goodlock add new apps each update or do they just add more features to them?

Sound assistant app Toolbar functions are white on white background, when using colour palette which makes it impossible to see . Then volume bars are set to thin skinny ones. when accessing using volume up and down buttons, then 3 dots media page. Please change them back
App icons size is made for me. I always hated how small are the icons on One UI
I've been using NOVA for the past 6 years more or less, and most of these features were available there. I would love to use them on goodlock but I'm already used to nova.

LOCKSTAR…when I selected multiple apps bar (on lock screen) it doesn’t stay it reverts back to just two apps each corner ….any suggestions

I guess some of these are specific to newer devices, because as far as home up I don't have most of the new options and I'm on an S22.
This app is not added in samsung galaxy M30S model in samsung galaxy store.
Finally hiding labels on Home but not in drawer comes. I really don't understand why it take this long! Thank you!

Thank you, I love Good Lock. Mostly because I hate the changes in One UI 6. Nice that I can make the icons smaller again as UI 6.0 made them huge. Is there a way to make titles 2 rows again. They are all one row now and many third party app names don't fit so I have dots at the end cutting off the name.
Go to settings > display settings > font size > decrease font size by sliding left.

Looping the homescreens I discovered on my first Android the Galaxy Lite AND I didn't need to install anything extra to do it because it was part of the Operating System. Since LG stopped making phones not one company I know of has it as part of the OS or UI.🤦🏽♂️ So now I have to install another launcher inorder to get it like Nova or Microsoft.
Still missing vertical app drawer in Home Up 😢
That's one of reasons I use Microsoft Launcher. Nova Launcher isn't bad either. With Nova and Microsoft Launcher I can use my phone like I did with my first Galaxy and every LG phone I've had.

I have the S23 Ultra, and I can increase the size of my folders and app icons to only 106%, where yours can go up to 120%. Any idea why?

@@DannyJoyz I just don't get it. If I'm remembering correctly, when I first got the Home Up update, it would go all the way to 120, then for some reason, unknown to me, the adjustment bar would only go to 106 when all the way up. I have turned everything that might be relevant on and off, I've changed the home screen grid, the folder screen grid, restarted the phone, everything I can think of, and nothing has fixed it. Maybe it's a glitch that needs another update to fix...I don't know. Sorry for the rant...Lol. Thanks for the info though.

@@DannyJoyz I don't think it can be that. I've never even enabled developer options out of the fear of messing something up. So, everything in there is exactly as it was from the factory.

I love good lock however, when changing each icon it also changes the icon on your lock screen which doesn't give it that clean look that comes stock

They should give us an option to remove that ugly bar at the bottom when yoy use gestures. I really hate that in one ui 6.1
Even in one ui 6 that I had on my s22 ultra you could remove it. You just toggle off the gesture hint and it'll remove it. Same in 6.1 on my s24 ultra
Sadly, they moved it to Navstar. Part of goodlock. When you enable extra features or more settings, it adds it back.

The app is terrible. It has alot of great features, but also a lot of issues. On my last phone, the app caused it to frequently crash. My 24 Ultra, the swipe gestures, doesn't remain on when you lock the phone. I have to manually go onto the app and reset it back from button to swipe gestures every time my phone locks

I believe they geolock the app, so you might need to try with a VPN and change your location. Try setting it to America or Canada, restart your phone, maybe even clear your cache. Then try downloading again

Goodlock is really awesome, but it's really stupid that it's a customization app, but the customization app itself DOESN'T HAVE A DARK MODE CHOICE ‼️

This seems ok for beginners but custom launchers like Nova launcher are better.
Luckily, launchers are available for those who want more options.
But I've been a fan of One UI for the past few years.
Nuh uh. Launchers can't change system settings and UI the way Good Lock can. And launchers like Nova are useless on foldables.

When will Samsung allow a vertical scrolling app draw. Sick of the bs horizontal draw. Wtf Samsung, whats the issue. Yes we know you can dl a launcher, but you may lose some of the stock UI features.
