Baguette.
we cut
Olive oil.
Avocado.
Remove the stone and chop the avocado.
Red onion 1/2.
we cut
Garlic 2 cloves.
Tomato.
Remove the pulp from the tomato.

Parsely.
Cheese 50 gr.
Chop with a fork.
Mix.
juice of 1/2 lemon.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Mix well.
That's all!
