You will find many good brands depending on your requirements and skin type.
Brands like Neutrogena ,Cetaphil, and Loreal are quite good and reasonably priced to start with.Try products at Shoppers drugmart ,Walmart, and Sephora to find most suitable one for you.

I am comming to Canada with my Family as a PR in next few months, my wife is a makeup artist, so the question I have is "should we buy makeup cosmetics from India or it will be cheaper in Canada?

Hi,
If you are using any particular Indian Brands, you can definitely get them with you, but otherwise, all other Brands are available in Canada at almost similar prices or less.
