    Thanks for this video, one of my fav areas to study for abnormal psychology. Do you have any specific topic or idea for a research paper based on dissociation identity disorder??

      Dissociative disorders can be quite fascinating. It might be interesting to research some of the controversies surrounding diagnosis of DID, particularly the idea that it may be therapist-induced and that suggestion is responsible for some of the symptoms patients experience. You could also relate this to prevalence estimates or the role of recovered memories of childhood abuse. Best of luck with the paper!

    Back in the 90's DID or MPD was very popular and was diagnosed frequently by psychiatrists. I feel it's starting to make a comeback again in media and on the internet. The controversy seems more divided than ever before. My opinion is that DID is a doctor induced disorder.
