Wave Runners are the best, these are 2nd best, and mauves are 3rd. Im exited to see the new 700 colorways that will release in the future and hopefully we can see a all black version of this

Doesn't have the same pop as the wave runners, but def not too dull like the mauves. So far it's #2 for me as far as 700s go 👍

I usually go half size up on 700's, but I got the V2 and it fits a bit bigger and loose. So I had to sell mine and rebuy it on stock x...

To be honest, the V1's look a bit more dad-shoe to me, what I feel is exactly the point of the 700. These look really nice on-feet, but I'd rather have the Mauves or Wave Runners instead.

$400 Damn / I like it but I have to go with Half of what my size is. The white is one of my fav in 700 and I like the reflective on it.

These or the Nike Air Spiridon Light Bone/White colorway?
Personally, I think the Spiridon are very underrated in terms of comfort and subtle style.
Another nice vid, however, any reason why you prefer the OG tongue? Is it just because the OG factor ? To me i love the fact that the tongue not move side to side and i dont need to adjust it from time to time (just my OCD).
The moveable tongue just feels more like a traditional tongue that most shoes had. The new tongue being stitched in makes the shoe feel more just like a glove I put my foot in, if that makes sense lol.

I agree with the toe thing for tts I bought mine tts and I feel the pressure on the toe from the top hope it will get better when I break them , what do you think ?

Yeah I had some heel slippage with my wave runners but then the toe area fits perfect 😫

I thought I was the only crazy person that said 700s need to be broken in
I just got the rerelease and I somehow feel like these are worse quality than the waverunners. The waverunners suede feels more alive and the leathers feel more premium to me. I was a little disappointed. The leather in the waverunners felt more like full grain than these.
Mauve V1 are now worth more than any V2. People are fickle.
The sizing is definitely different between v1 n v2. I wear 10.5 in v1 but in v2 it seems at least half size bigger. I was able to put my feet into a size 9 and as crazy as it sounds It probably would work.
I wear a US 12 in Vans Old Skools and also in the Adidas I-5923. What size would you recommend me to buy in a 700 V1 / 700 V2?

Imo this shoe is murdered by its tongue.
It may sound strange, but to me the tongue does so much for a sneaker, which is the reason why I love most of the Off-White collabs.
Here it just seems so... unfinished, uninspired.
