I was also working in BPO and completely relate myself with her story. I have also switched to IT field after 5 years in 2022.
Now I am working as a Software Engineer, learnt both frontend and backend. Sharing this here to let people know, who got stuck in BPO, that they can also do it. Just have some patience, learn everyday and keep trying.. 🤞🏻

Can totally relate what she said! I have worked for TechM for 5 years for chat process and overall 8 years of experience in the bag however i had my friends in IT who were gaining rapid growth and i was stuck at very basic pay level and health was getting hampered due to continous rotational shift!
I m only bcom graduate but kept asking 1000 questions to my friends in IT who advised me ! Did lot of CZcams and google to check whats suits me the best!
My advice to Al BpO and non IT people is to go with IT help desk(as similar bpo but with a IT tag) role for 6 -8 months and it the meanwhile find out what intrest u the most ! Trust me IT has lot of dynamics..
I have seen non IT people performing really well in cyber security field or any challenging field!
Degree se jyada knowlegde matter karta hai! Just gain the knowledge certificate bad me bhi kar sakte hai!

Thanks for uploading this video .... I am in kind of same situation.... Sometimes I feel depressed, whether I will get a job or not.... But this gives me confidence.... That I can do it.... And can support my family. It's true Python and SQL are very much important for being a data scientist/ analyst.
