I have a 1628BH and they installed the black tank flush on the camp side... by the front door. It's like they weren't thinking about actual functionality of the process. I wish I could get it switched around. I would've thought twice before signing paperwork if I had realized that beforehand. There is also so much more this $30k trailer should have come with standard. But didn't. Kind of disappointing. However, this lineup has so much potential. I really hope Dutchmen/Coleman manufacturers are listening to the many reviews and surveys the first edition rubicon owners are writing about.
Ian does a great job explaining the basics. I am still in the process of finding the exact Rubicon model I want, but it seems to have the maximum amount of amenities with the smallest floorplan. I like the solar panel, and the fact that an additional port for extra panels is available. I hadn't noticed - is there is there a protective cover under the trailer?
Thanks Gary! We recommend reaching out to your nearest Camping World. Can you please send us your zip code so we can find your closest one?
