On point🤔been sober 13 yrs now. I was able to get better in time to enjoy the time I left with my parents. Get my daughter back. Feel❤️ I still have days where I struggle with not needing any substance but remain clean. It's a day by day resistance. I love this song 🙌

Ugh crying, always listening to your music. I went to rehab in July and have been struggling to stay clean since, I listen to you often and it helps me remember what I don't want and what I do want. I remember when I was do deep in addiction I wanted to die every day than live that way but I could never do it to myself, hoping drugs would make it so it was my last time. You inspire us to do better, there's nobody who spits the truth about addiction the way you do, it gives me chill. I hope one day I can say I've been clean as long as you. If it works for you then it just has to work for me.. 😌 ..hopefully

Just a 5 day detox from alcohol. Im staying on suboxone.... last time was dec 26th 2019 5 day detox and stayed sober till oct 2020 and from October till now the progression is sick.... haven't seen my daughter in 4 or 5 days , I'm on I believe either 18 or 20 drinks so far this sunday at 8pm. Bed then work about 6am. 2 days and a wake up and its over. Can't stop and can't continue so.... I look forward to breaking the cycle ....

3 months is a big deal, it is a great start. You are doing amazing, keep it up. If you ever feel like you may relapse reach out and talk to someone who has actually been through addiction. The thing I hate when people who never have been addicted to drugs tell you that they know what your going through and make a dumb comment that it's just in your head and in lot of cases it's not just an àddiction, our bodies become DEPENDENT. Hey, i m been clean for 9 months running, i was arrested by cops and put to rehab on 28 sep 2017 and now its may 10 i m been clean, i was in rehab for 6 months nd did my fresh cource , extended cource, after care couse and i really lost all my hopes that i can live a life outside rehab, but than your songs poped up in my youtube "drug addiction " i heard it nd i liked it nd i head all your songs than nd i again build up a hope nd had a talk to my family who left me in that world where i always wanted to come out from, thank you for insipirring me through your life nd as we say an addict can understand an addict, we dont know eachother but still your helping me to maintain my recovery , its been my 13 times rehab nd this one was last buy the grace of god nd people like you who show a diffrent world in a positive way

I stumbled upon your music while searching for encouragement for a friend of mine who is struggling with their own battles of getting sober. The thing is, I have gone through those same battles with both alcohol and hard drugs (all kinds); though back then I didn’t have access to music to help me move forward and to continue getting clean. I had did it through sheer will power and knowing that if I didn’t change I was going to truly follow in the footsteps of my old man or die somewhere along the way.
To sum up this little story sharing: I’m glad that you and many others are able to take their lives and share it to millions of others by way of music to uplift and to allow them the opportunity to continue moving forward. Please continue being the person who are because you are help not only yourself but many others along the way.
