joseph worley I have been an addict for years and years. The only time I'm sober...is when I'm working in the patch. It's fucked bc There's 2 men's...1 that wants what it is to be a sober recovering and the other...doesn't know me without being a waste case; note do i want to know.
And so what of death. God has a plan and even if I don't walk in the footsteps of his Will, I will. ALWAYS be alive in this moment. And at least when I'm wasted, in not alone. And I don't even care if i am bc the hours roll on and on.
And it's ok. Bottoms. Those moments are the most I've had in my life. I feel dead and again, try to be alive.

The most content time I've had, listening to music, so far. I want to thank him for coming in my life at the right time. I'm a recovering addict and I'm from South East Indiana where the biggest bust in 20 years took place over the time frame of April 9, 2018-April 11,2018. We'll if this had been 9 months to a year ago is MOST DEFENTLY be right in that shit!! And I've love listening to macklamore, theory of a dead man sounding about their addictions that just recently today actually let me to your song "Drug Addiction" and finally the some one been looking for!! I'm 35 years old today and have been struggling with my active addictions which took a deep dark turn down the meth tunnel which got EXTREMELY DARK!! I was strung out so bad and I did get clean during a 40 day jail sentence and was addiment not to use again... 3 hours before I was released I still has a few minutes on my phone card and my internal dragon kept pulling at me and pulling at me I made sure I had it lined up as soon as I got out the front door but I never did get in the midst of all of it anymore and really am trying to stay clean... I will fall a time or two but I get right back up!!! Anyway thank you for your music it inspires me to stay clean

Nessa, I just read this comment (which I usually do not) with that being said. I am so sorry to hear your story (or your sons actually) but I sit here and thank God for my sobriety today. I have a little over 16 months and I know the struggle of jails and addiction , I have 3 kids, 2 little ones lost their mom 5/22/15 to this disease 3 yrs ago. She never made her 30's.. thank you for sharing your story. I definitely was reminded of the pain we go thru not only with this disease but also with being institutionalized.. I stumbled across Colicchie on here one day and never stopped listening. It's about as real as it gets right here. I lost my best friend of 30+yrs 7/4/17 and still have remained sober. My family life is amazing today short of my 18yr old mad at me for doing half her life in prison and the rest of it shooting speedballs and committing felony after felony. I listen to this music everyday it's my a.a. when I cant make a meeting.. the pain and suffering in his lyrics is so heartfelt and hits so close to home it's amazing... again thank you for sharing. I have been struggling with addiction for a really long time now. I just recently decided to give it all to god. I can’t live through the lies and deceit any longer. I’m destroying my 71yr. old mother and my 12 year old daughter both financially and physically. They just can’t take it anymore and neither can I!!!!
This is my last chance to figure this shit out as my tolerance is through the roof and I’m probably one bad shot away from an overdose.
I want so very much to walk my daughters down the isle on there wedding day instead of nodding off sitting in the pew.
You music is so very inspiring that I have been listening to it every chance I get. I will use it as a tool in my process to getting clean.

I am a hip hop guru and I kinda stumbled on to your stuff. I’m glad I did. Totally hits home and can relate to the disease of addiction, heroin and meth slamming it home giving up a decade of my life to prison and split with my babies mom who has my 2 little kids at our house now she’s got a new man. Almost died 4 times last month over it. But I’m back in recovery and feeling better than ever, kicked a 5 year suboxone habit in January when I never thought I could an I got hope like I never have a better life. God is working a miracle in my life and all of this has lead me to complete surrender to God’s will and he ain’t done with me either. Your songs just fuel my fire to just be an overcomer and carry the message of hope to others that still suffer. God bless you Coliccie

@@Colicchie I’m doing good man, I started listening to your music back in high school as a freshman my moms always had substance issues but my dad had always been a hardcore addict and I never could cope with it or understand it properly until I heard your music and finally understood the shame my father was feeling and how I never wanted to feel that way, I smoke weed but I’ve never touched any of that hard stuff I’m 20 years old got a girlfriend my own apartment a full time job and I have to give some of the thanks to you personally for helping me get over some of the things that haunted me as a kid I hope you feel strong man becuase you are and I hope you know you inspire people with your music becuase you do it makes a differnce… and happy 40th man you’ve come a long damn way
