- In this video we discuss the available rear hub options that are available for your CycleKart wheels. I found that of the 6 OEM Honda rims I have, only 2 fit perfectly. The others will require a bit of clearance to fit. Renegade designed these hubs to fit the new wheels available from andrew@in-groundtrampolines.com
Other new wheels from Thailand and or Taiwan, may be slightly different. Talk to Mark before you order you wheels and or order the hubs.

Thanks for the updated video Steve ! I chatted with Mark and have his first Generation hubs and soon will have these updated ones.
I agree, Mark ( Renegade ) has helped with the Cyclekart scene with not only products to help build, but QUALITY products. I have no problem giving my $$ to a business that does quality work with amazing customer service !!
Kudos to both Steve and Mark ! Steve for bringing the CycleKart ADDICTION to mainstream and Mark for a supplying the goods.
Mark is a super great guy and he is dedicated to making parts that just plain work.
Thanks for all you guys are doing. I’m still going to build one and thanks to you veteran builders, it’s getting easier.
Thanks for watching.
Thanks Steve, we appreciate it!
Thanks again Mark for making such great parts for our little hobby.
I'm enjoying your video's. One of the best things I see is a young man in there building and not a 4 1/2" grinder machinest. He's accultey using saws and sanders and cutters. Awesome work.
Thanks for watching
Just received this setup from the folks at Renegade. Excellent craftsmanship and solid customer service. Watch this video for installation tips! #Renegadecycelrocks
Thanks for that!
Nice job Steve Vinson, very informative.
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks once again Steve!
You bet!
Great information. Thanks. 👍
Glad it was helpful!
If the hubs are a bit too big put them on a vertical drill and grind a bit off.
Home made milling machine, I like it.
What is the bolt circle diameter for the four 5/16" holes? Thanks for the great videos!
Could you use bigger motorcycle wheels like the aftermarket ones for baggers?
I'm designing a steam car based on the cyclekart concept and large diameter wheels are needed even if they're expensive
yes, you just have to come up with a method to attach them to the axles.
Has anyone used the drum brake that is incorporated in the wheel?
I would love to see a usable knockoff wheel mod.
Not that I have seen, but that would be cool
Are the wheels that are commonly used, are they front or rear wheels from the motorcycle?
Yes we use 2 fronts and 2 rears from the Honda CT90 or similar.
Hi Steven I live in Ontario Canada we can not find the Honda wheels over here can you tell me where we can get them thanks bill
Hey Bill ...Ebay has them new (made in Thailand) and are really the best way to go
Some vendors may ship to Canada, I would try to find original old wheels if I were you. there has to be motorcycle recycle yard somewhere near you.
@@kermitthefrog6363 thanks for information on ebay will give them a try bill
WHAT THICKNES IS THE FRAME TUBING AND WHERE DO YOU FIND IT. THANKS
The cyclekart frame is 1x3 rectangle .060 thickness
Found at a local metal supplier here in Phoenix
Unfortunately they do post outside the states.
I tried too and they did not even respond to my email...a bit disappointing ...
International shipping is always a challenge. Depending on where you are located, perhaps you can organize a group purchase? Shipping more parts, may lower the cost for all?
@@stevevinson6030 agreed - I’m in Australia so would need to use a third party mailing service. I just made do with what I could get here. It’s part of the challenge I suppose.
