I am facing a problem, after doing all the steps you taught in your video when I click on the Get layer then it notifies me of a 'connection error', and an 'Unidentified error', How do I solve this Problem? I have ArcGIS 10.5.

Hello Brother the tool seems to be very helpfull but its show unidentified error. I tried to add WMTS service from google maps or bing imagery, when I click GET LAYERS, show unidentified error. I have Arcgis 10.6
