Keith it's only potatoes cooked and mashed then left cold then rolled in a long sausage then cut into the shape you have ..its rolled and then cooked really quickly in water just like posh pasta filled with something

Hello Keith me old mate 😊 i hope you and Nat and the family are all doing okay, and i Love Gnochi and it is so easy to make, but that Iceland one looked really very nice as Did your Nat's sweet Chilli Chicken Noodle Stir Fry, i've had a few of those meals in the past from Iceland and always found them okay but great review mate, and the Euro's soon lets Hope England do very well
