This is live. It's possible that her earphones are only used so she can hear the music but she has a different mic somewhere maybe below. She did impersonations live and her agility is unmatched she can transition to different voices in split second.
Or it could be that the audio was enhance using the app they used to record it, and the app may have also caused the delay in the audio/ video

This is such a fun and educational reaction, coach....Katrina Velarde is referred to as Asia's Vocal Supreme, I would really love for you to hear her real voice singing. She's not only a great impersonator but is also a comedian as well....but when it comes to the vocals I could describe it in 2 words, Crazy insane. I’d just like to put on record that during those days, It’s also impossible for her to have any other sound recorder/equipments (financial reason). So as hard to believe it’s only that mic she got, it just proves how amazing she is.
You should watch her sing Don't You Worry About A Thing (while babysitting) if you want to really witness how amazing she is through headphones mic.
