If you need to, take measurements of your head with a tape measure. Take those measurements and add a few extra centimetres to the length, that way your mask should fit nice and snug :D

Do not use cardboard it's unsafe because of bacteria and mold plus it's going to fall apart eva or apolstry foam would be better you can also use plastic mesh
