I had placed an order for books on 28th Feb Order no. 5647. Delivery date was showing 4th of march till yesterday. As i tracked the order, it showed it reached pune depo on 3rd march. It wasn't delivered to me till today 6th march. Now if i try to track it, it shows delivery date of 12th march. 11 days delay. I'm trying to call since 3 days, No one is picking up calls. How am i supposed to get resolution. what kind of service is this? and why is it getting delayed by 11 days if the book has already reached my city on 3rd march????
