I worry about the people who says eating healthy is expensive. Where are you shopping and what are you buying? Cheap frozen food, food in a box or a can? If people shop in farmers market and actually get the produce ingredients to make more things from scratch it is not expensive at all. I really think people are brainwashed to think eating is expensive but eating cheaply is death and more expensive if you now got medical bills and prescription and dialysis and chemo!
