The Pilgrims enjoyed a nice first Thanksgiving with the Indians proving they were friends. The Indian wars didn't start until the British arrived, convincing the Indians to kill the settlers under false pretenses. The British and Russians and all foreign governments chasing defectors in America is nothing new. The Pilgrims made arrangements with merchants in Europe to bring supplies for planting crops, bring live animals and bring building materials to construct homes and schools. They used European money at that time.

They had building materials, live animals, and arrangement additional supplies to be brought to their location continuously. They had money to pay the suppliers. The Pilgrims enjoyed a nice first Thanksgiving with the Indians proving they were friends. The Indian wars didn't start until the British arrived, convincing the Indians to kill the settlers under false pretenses. The Christians from England obeyed Jesus to translate the ancient scriptures in English, the KJV Bible. Then Jesus brought them to America as the new covenant promise land. Israel was long gone in 1620. Jesus moved His Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday as part of the new Covenant. Matthew 21:43-44 and Jeremiah 31:31.
